HLB recognised as a global Most Loved Workplace® for the fourth consecutive year

Creating an environment where people can build rewarding careers, feel supported and do meaningful work remains a priority at HLB. That’s why we’re proud to be part of a global network that has once again been recognised as one of the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces®.

The recognition marks the fourth consecutive year HLB has achieved certification, reflecting the experiences and feedback of people working across the global network, including our Australian firms.

As part of the certification process, we invited team members across all levels of the business to share their views on what it’s like to work at the firm. The strong participation rate highlights the commitment of our people to shaping the future of our workplace and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

The feedback reinforced what matters most to our people. In response to the survey, our people told us the top three reasons why they love working for HLB Mann Judd:

  1. Work life blend and balance
  2. Opportunity for learning and career development
  3. Relationships and culture
2026 Most Loved Workplace

Just as importantly, our people expressed a strong sense of pride in being part of HLB Mann Judd. 85 per cent of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that they are proud to work for the firm, underscoring the connection our people feel to the organisation, its values and its future direction.

While the results are encouraging, the survey also provides valuable insights into areas where we can continue to improve. We recognise that workplace experiences differ across individuals and teams, and we remain committed to listening to feedback, addressing challenges and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

Understanding the Most Loved Workplaces® certification

Most Loved Workplaces® is a global employee experience and workplace recognition program led by Best Practice Institute (BPI). The certification evaluates organisations based on employee sentiment and workplace culture, measuring factors that influence engagement, satisfaction and overall employee wellbeing.

Assessment is conducted through BPI’s Love of Workplace Index®, which captures employee views on areas including respect, collaboration, support, belonging and their overall connection to the organisation.

For HLB, this recognition reflects more than a workplace award. It represents the collective experiences of our people and reinforces our commitment to building a culture where individuals feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
