With offices in 157 countries and a collective workforce of 38,732 people, HLB recognises the scale of our impact on social issues in and outside our profession, our responsibility to the environment and the communities we operate in across the globe. Corporate Social Responsibility is important to HLB Mann Judd and we are committed to meeting the CSR goals set out in HLB’s global 2023 strategy.

Diversity & Inclusion

People are at the heart of everything we do. Creating a culture that is diverse and inclusive presents opportunities for the people we work with and the clients we support. By sharing our differences, opinions and ideas we can achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients and each other.

We will support HLB’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) pillar by:​​​​

The environment

The climate crisis is one of the most pressing issues of our time. HLB firms across the globe are working together to understand, track and quantify our environmental impact.

HLB firms have set goals to reduce our carbon footprint. We will support HLB’s second pillar by:  

  • Reducing business travel
  • Reducing energy usage in our offices
  • Recycling, reducing waste and going paperless

Communities

Giving back and being actively involved in our communities has always been important to HLB Mann Judd.

Together we help the communities we serve and operate in by:

  • Donating
  • Volunteering
  • Offering pro bono services

HLB Mann Judd actively contributes to this important pillar through various activities and initiatives throughout the year. HLB Mann Judd firms also show their support for #HLBCommunities Day, a global annual CSR initiative by HLB to give back to the local communities, by volunteering and donating time to a number of CSR projects.
