He works with a broad range of organisations, including charities, aged care providers, co-operatives and community groups, as well as private companies, listed entities and subsidiaries of overseas corporations. His clients span organisations with turnovers from $1 million to more than $200 million.

Aidan’s technical expertise, industry leadership, including his role in the Australasian CA Training Group, and commitment to long-term relationships make him a trusted adviser to not for profit organisations and the wider business community.

• Extensive experience across not for profits, private companies, listed entities, and overseas subsidiaries with turnovers from $1 million to $200+ million.
• Specialises in financial reporting, statutory audits and reviews, internal control reviews, fraud prevention and audit methodology.
• Provides technical advice on Accounting and Auditing Standards and regularly presents to clients and industry groups.
• Leads compliance engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance and helping clients improve efficiency and performance.
• Advises on global accounting and compliance matters, due diligence engagements and fraud investigations.
• Co-authors HLB’s Not for Profit Leaders strategic planning and financial management reports, and CPA Australia’s Financial Management and Governance Guide for NFPs.
• Finalist for Not for Profit Accountant of the Year at the 2024 Australian Accounting Awards.
• Member of the HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association Audit and Accounting Standards Committee.
