William
William Crosbie has worked in accountancy since 1973, starting as an Articled Clerk at Longcrofts, Chartered Accountants in the City of London, UK.
After several years in audit, he moved into business services and taxation at a medium-sized accounting firm, also in London.
In 1978, he emigrated to New Zealand and joined Bowden, Impey and Sage, Chartered Accountants in Auckland, where he developed the firm’s audit division. By 1983, it was time to “go it alone,” and established Crosbie & Co, Chartered Accountants, in Auckland, focusing on business services and tax.
Over the past 45 years, William’s experience has spanned the core services of accounting, including audit, taxation, business services, receiverships and liquidations. In Fiji, he has notably assisted new investors in structuring their ventures within the country’s legal and statutory framework as seamlessly as possible.
The Fiji office has since expanded to three locations. William currently serves as the International contact Partner and Director of Audit of the firm.
