Steven joined HLB Mann Judd Perth's Business Advisory Services division as a Director in August 2025. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years of experience spanning taxation, international corporate services, and business advisory.

Steven draws upon a career that began with eight years at the UK’s Inland Revenue before moving into International Corporate Services on the Isle of Man. There, he spent over 12 years advising international clients on strategic business structuring, accounting, tax, business advisory and corporate directorship services.

Since relocating to Australia in 2012, Steven has focused on supporting small to medium enterprises through practical advice and strategic planning. His advisory style blends the structure of consulting with the insight of coaching. While business owners typically seek guidance on planning and logistics, Steven helps them realise that success is just as dependent on personal development as it is on business development. He finds the greatest satisfaction in unlocking growth by working not just on the business, but with the business owner’s mindset.

Known for his approachable leadership style and ability to simplify complexity, Steven is a trusted partner to business owners striving to meet both personal and commercial goals. His strengths lie in strategic thinking, commercial awareness, financial interpretation, and empowering others to find clarity and confidence in their decision-making. Steven is an active contributor to his local and professional communities. He is a board member and past president of the Wanneroo Business Association, a Director of Kingsway Community Bank (Bendigo), and sits on the board of two Australian charities, the PTSD Research Foundation Western Australia Ltd and Paws for Wildlife Inc.
