Richard has extensive experience in the accounting profession, with over 23 years’ experience in providing advisory, accounting and assurance services to clients. Richard has managed a broad range of clients including numerous ASX and other public companies, large and small private companies, not for profit organisations and managed investment schemes as well as government entities.

Richard has experience in a wide range of industries including energy and natural resources, financial services, property & construction, manufacturing, consumer markets, education and co-operatives as well as with various public sector bodies and sporting associations. He also significant advisory experience having provided services including buy and sell-side due diligence, debt/equity raising assistance, business plans and Information Memorandums, outsourced finance management and internal audit engagements as well as several Initial Public Offering (IPO) engagements.

Richard has also provided outsourced CFO roles for several entities in the UK ranging from global technology distribution companies to metals recycling, media production and aged care facilities.

Richard has a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting requirements, accounting and auditing standards and applies his knowledge and experience to provide commercial outcomes for his clients. Richard has a strong practical approach to resolving problems through a detailed understanding of the needs of his clients. He is focused on developing exceptional client relationships and maintaining a high standard of service.
