Richard

Richard has a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting requirements, accounting and auditing standards and applies his knowledge and experience to provide commercial outcomes for his clients. He has a strong practical approach to resolving problems through a detailed understanding of the needs of his clients.

Throughout his career, Richard has managed a broad range of clients from large ASX entities (ASX 200) and other small cap listed entities, non-listed public companies, large and small private companies (including multinational groups), not-for-profit organisations, managed investment schemes as well as local government.

He has worked on numerous due diligence projects, debt/equity raising engagements, business plans, information memorandums and internal audit engagements as well as several Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for both the ASX and foreign exchanges.

Richard is experienced in dealing with international clients and overseas professional service providers and has the ability to project manage and co-ordinate large teams in various jurisdictions. He has worked with various entities and other professional services providers in the UK, Ireland, US, Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Whilst in the UK, Richard provided outsourced CFO roles for several entities ranging from global technology distribution companies to metals recycling, media production and aged care facilities.
