Natalie
Natalie has 25 years of experience in audit and assurance, with specialist expertise in the not-for-profit sector. Since joining Cutcher & Neale in 2000, she has managed the provision of services to a wide range of NFP clients, with a particular focus on health care, membership-based organisations, and charities.
She is responsible for overseeing the audit process from planning through to review, ensuring clarity and best practice at every stage. Natalie also researches industry changes, helping clients stay ahead of evolving governance and compliance requirements.
In addition to her client work, Natalie contributes to the community as a Board Member of Challenge Community Services, where she also serves as Chair of the Finance and Strategy Committee.
Natalie is a CPA and a valued member of the Newcastle leadership team, recognised for her depth of experience, clear communication, and strong client relationships.
