Mark Holloway is a dedicated internal audit director at HLB Mann Judd and accordingly focuses entirely on servicing our internal audit clients.

Mark is an audit and assurance practitioner with over seventeen years’ experience which incorporates the conduct of internal, performance and financial audits. This experience extends across the not-for-profit and private sectors and a range of public sector portfolios. He has extensive experience in the conduct of risk profiling and risk analysis and in identifying appropriate treatments for existing risk exposures.

Mark was employed at the Victorian Auditor-General’s office for thirteen years and conducted financial and performance audits/operational reviews during that time. Mark’s experience extends to the Victorian Parliamentary Accounts Committee where he conducted a major Inquiry into Corporate Governance in the Victorian Public Sector and wrote a number of Budget Estimate Reports. Accordingly, Mark has an excellent knowledge of the Victorian Government's budget process.

These senior roles have provided Mark with a wealth of experience that has proved invaluable in the provision of practical and workable solutions to clients. They have also allowed Mark to form a strong understanding of the often sensitive nature of the work he undertakes, and he has used this understanding to build many strong, trusting and lasting client relationships.

Since joining HLB Mann Judd, Mark has worked closely with private organisations, not-for-profit agencies and public sector bodies and has built a strong reputation for his ability to deliver effective solutions to clients, forged through an extensive and significant breadth of experience.
