A highly experienced Strategic Business Development and Marketing professional with over 35 years' experience developing business across professional services. Leading a team of highly respected professionals, creating and implementing strategic vision for business growth, brand and positioning. Building strong and collaborative relationships across organisations being solution driven with a strong commercial understanding and focus.
Forming strategic partnerships with other organisations to leverage their existing networks, Kim has established an extensive network of CEO, CFOs, Business Owners and Board members across Corporate and Private & Family Businesses. She is a successful instigator of major strategic initiatives and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
Recognising the challenges and complexities faced by non-profit leaders required a high level of skill and expertise to lead social sector organisations - many leadership programs available did not cater to the unique needs of not-profit leaders. In 2010, she founded the Exclusive Not for Profit “ENFP” Community. This community delivers boardroom briefings and thought leadership on current and relevant topics to advance the members vision, providing guidance, upskilling and the tools to assist NFPs with regulatory compliance and governance.
In 2019 she was a finalist for ‘Influencer of the Year’ in the Third Sector Awards. This award recognised the impact and achievement of an individual that has made a significant impact on the NFP sector. The combination of business acumen, legal and strong communication skills has been a major contributor to her success to perform and deliver at Executive level.
