  • Managing ATO engagement, including a successful audit of charitable purpose and building constructive working relationships with the ATO.
  • Advising trustees on grant‑making governance, due diligence of donees and the preparation of grant agreements.
  • Provides practical, relationship-led advice to boards, trustees, and family decision-makers through periods of change and transition.
  • Works closely with family office teams and their broader adviser network including legal, investment, and banking professionals, to ensure advice is coordinated, practical, and aligned to the family’s long-term objectives.
