As a member of the global advisory and accounting network, HLB Mann Judd takes pride in contributing to HLB’s global certification process.
Last year, we surveyed staff across all business divisions in our Australian, New Zealand, and Fiji firms, from graduates to directors, asking how likely they were to “recommend HLB Mann Judd as a great place to work.” We received an exceptionally strong response rate of 70 percent, which indicates our people are invested in seeing HLB Mann Judd improve and grow in the long term.
In response to the survey, our people told us the three top reasons why they love working for HLB Mann Judd:

Staff pride was also a significant aspect of last year’s feedback. Our people expressed that they were overwhelmingly proud to work at HLB Mann Judd, with 81.5 percent of respondents either agreeing or strongly agreeing to the statement “I am proud to work for HLB Mann Judd.”
Furthermore, almost 80 percent of graduates see themselves at HLB in two years, a percentage bettered only by our accountants, with 82 percent planning to stay at the firm over the same period.
Our staff feedback also pointed out areas for improvement. Recognising that everyone’s experiences may not be the same, we want to ensure our people have an opportunity to share their perspectives. Through this feedback, we can address challenges and seek solutions to further shape the staff experience.
What is Most Loved Workplace®?
Lead by BPI, Most Loved Workplaces survey companies and executives across the United States, the Middle East/Northern Africa, and Southeast Asia. Most Loved Workplaces certification is the most valid method to determine employee experience and recognise a great workplace.
The certification is based on scores on BPI’s Love of Workplace Index™ which surveys staff on various elements around employee satisfaction and sentiment including the level of respect, collaboration, support, and sense of belonging they feel inside the organisation.

HLB Mann Judd provides on-the-job and external training to develop technical, business and personal skills.
We also provide assistance and financial support for staff undertaking CA. This includes in-house training programs, study teams, peer support and outsourced courses that are designed to help you pass the program.
