In his pursuit of assisting clients, John Raffaele has envisioned what is possible for his clients with strong communication skills and innovative strategies to think outside the box.
With over 20 years' experience, the passion has lead the pathway to establish the offshore arm of our business as well as for our clients. This has required changes in the mindset of business owners in regards to people, processes and technology.
Working predominantly with privately owned businesses and investment firms, advising and consulting across a wide range of business issues.
A key focus of his work has been assisting privately owned businesses to implement realistic, workable and sustainable growth plans, particularly in relation to managing growth from a financial and strategic perspective.
Other key areas of focus include succession and estate planning, strategic taxation advice, and debt and equity raising.
In particular, John has worked closely with clients seeking to optimise the value of their business, often as part of a business restructure, divestment or sale.
