The role:
Our Sydney office, which is made up of over 180 staff and 16 partners, is looking for a talented Senior Advisor or Manager to join our high performing Corporate Advisory Team.

There is scope within this role for you to continue to develop and deploy your expertise in a range of engagements from transaction advisory (sell and buy-side), lead M&A advisory, valuations, financial modelling and much more. This creates the opportunity to support the delivery of a full range of services to the portfolio of clients. You will work in with a specialist team of professionals and take responsibility to elevate the overall teams’ competency, capacity and productivity.

This role presents the opportunity to utilise your leadership and business acumen and add value to the team via process innovation, mentoring, training, and development of junior team members. You will work closely with the Partners and Directors in the team, with the opportunity to be the lead on client engagements.

  • Transaction advisory
  • Financial due diligence
  • Business, equity and intangible asset  valuations
  • Strategic merger and acquisition advisory
  • Capital market reports
  • Financial modelling
  • Diverse range of advisory engagements


About you:

If you have experience with the delivery of valuation, transaction or corporate advisory services this is the opportunity for you to define a role that will support your continued career growth.

A role may also be suitable for an individual with deep experience in assurance services looking for a change in career direction. The successful applicant will also have:

  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving and highly developed skill set across 5 plus years’ experience
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier or specialist advisory  firm
  • CA/ CPA qualified or currently in progress
  • Well-developed and effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide leadership to junior team members
  • Clear and articulate communication skills
