The Role:

Our Assurance and Advisory Division is made up on 60 staff who are passionate in delivery excellence to our clients.

We are seeking an organised and collaborative Junior Executive Assistant reporting to the senior Executive Assistant. You’ll be part of a 4-person admin team for the division who operate in a collaborative environment to support Partners, Directors, and wider team in delivering high quality client services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactive diary and email management, including scheduling meetings, prioritising conflicting and enabling the Partner time to be available for critical meetings, tasks and deadlines
  • Developing productive working relationships with key contacts internally and externally
  • Assistance of documentation formatting, reports, letters, emails, presentations, tenders and various other communications
  • Preparation of meeting packs including agendas, action lists, taking minutes of meetings etc
  • Assisting in maintaining our client database
  • Organising domestic and international travel bookings for Partners and teams
  • Weekly timesheet completion for Partners
  • Assistance with regular project WIP management and invoicing
  • Monthly expense reconciliations
  • Involvement in the organisation of Division social events/functions; and
  • Providing general research and administrative support to the Partners as required.


As the successful candidate you will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a team assistant or experience working as a Junior Executive Assistant
  • This role is suited to a motivated up-and comer with an eagerness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft including Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to thrive working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Competent communicator with a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form relationships with peers and clients
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation ability
  • Ability to take direction and willingness to learn and take ownership of allocated tasks
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities, with willingness to assist with process improvements and achieving efficiencies
  • Preferably (but not essential) experience working in a professional services organisation.
