The Role:

We are looking for a superstar Front of House Receptionist and Office Co-Ordinator to join us and work alongside our high performing and passionate team. The role is working Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm onsite.

You’ll be an all-rounder who loves to get stuck in and support the day to day running of our busy firm. Being the first point of contact for staff, external clients and building management, you’ll take pride in providing excellent customer service, be highly organised and have a ‘happy to help’ approach to your day.

As we are one of the leading mid-tier advisory and accounting firms in Sydney, we host many functions, networking days and client meetings. You’ll be responsible to support the business with catering events including setting up boardrooms, tidying away and keeping our kitchen well stocked.

The key responsibilities day to day will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for reception
  • Dispensing mail daily including organising couriers and managing out going mail
  • Upkeep of coffee machines throughout the day, includes cleaning daily
  • Stacking and unstacking dishwashers throughout the day
  • Assisting with lunch set up and clean up when required
  • Assisting with the firm’s meeting room schedule with the set-up of client meetings and events
  • Keeping our pantry well stocked and general cleanliness of the staff break out areas and kitchen
  • Manage and carry out collection and distribution of stationery, mail and other office documents
  • Supporting the office support team with facilities management
  • Assisting other staff with administration duties as requested
  • Work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive approach and commitment to the firm

To be successful you will have:

  • Initiative, a ‘can do attitude’ with the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of your day
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Be tech savvy and experience with Microsoft Office applications including outlook and excel would be desired
