The Successful Applicant
Working alongside other like-minded professionals, you will be working in a dynamic close-knit team alongside our business advisory services division.
As part of our existing bookkeeping team, you will be required to manage clients’ accounting software files including processing reconciliations, provide periodic management accounts and have an overview of all bookkeeping clients. You may be required to make on-site client visits on a regular basis to assist with formalised processes for collecting and processing data. You will also be organising monthly and quarterly activity statement lodgements for clients.
You will also be required to design and implement an end-to-end solution tailored to our growing client needs. You will be working with clients from various industries with different accounting software needs.
You will be a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper who is detail oriented and computer literate ideally in MYOB, Xero, Intuit Quickbooks and Reckon. You must also be well organised and confident in your ability to deliver accurate and timely financial results to Management.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role, and demonstratable experience.

Hours of Work
This is a full time role. As a guide, hours of work will be 8.30am – 5.00pm.
