- Considerations for directors and officers around management and insuring of company risks.
- Tips for consideration during Professional Indemnity renewal discussions with your insurance broker.
Thom will also provide an overview of EBMs recently launched product – “Explorers Insurance Package” specifically tailored for mineral exploration businesses.
Norman Neill of HLB Mann Judd will provide an update on various aspects of Governance and Director’s duties helping you understand your responsibilities and protect your business against potential risks.
