Marcus joined HLB Mann Judd in 2003 and is currently a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Audit Division. Marcus has a wealth of experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom, auditing a mix of both large and small-scale clients. He has particular experience in audit, corporate services (including preparation of investigating accountant’s reports for IPO’s) and company secretarial requirements. Marcus also has substantial commercial experience gained at a publicly listed entity in the resources sector.

Marcus’ breadth of experience has allowed him to provide clients with a range of additional and complimentary services, such as reports for inclusion within prospectuses, financial reporting, advice on accounting issues and corporate governance matters.
